At the Nuremberg Trials the Nazi’s on trial put forth the concept that they were innocent because they were only following orders. That subsequently became infamously known as the “Nuremberg defense”.
Whatever excuses were made, we know for certain that there were thousands of people lined up, shot, and thrown into mass graves. We also know that there were at least thousands more placed on trains, and shipped off to concentration camps. Some were Jews, some Catholics, some Gypsies, while others were deemed mentally inferior for one reason or another.
We know that Stalin had ten’s of millions murdered, as did Mao Tse-tung. We know that there have been genocides, and mass murders committed by governments throughout the ages.
I worked with a former KGB agent who laughed at my uninformed, uneducated and media driven propaganda of the slaughter in Russia by saying to me, “Twenty million! It was at least Thirty Million, and probably much more.”
The same type of misinformation applies to the Democide that took place in China under the regime of Mao. For years many in this country, some darlings in the media, and government ideologues worshiped Mao, and proclaimed his prowess. The propaganda planted a seed in my mind that something was very wrong.
The numbers of those murdered can be debated, but to minimize the fact by saying that maybe it was only One Million Jews, or Stalin and Mao only murdered Sixty Million unarmed men, women, and children speaks to what level of abhorrent actions we might be willing to tolerate.
Perhaps we will accept the death of One Million Iraqi civilians to quench our own blood lust for revenge? Maybe we could stand for the mass murder of Eight-Hundred Thousand Rwandan’s who were disarmed by the United States funded and manned United Nations?
A recent scholarly, and well-documented study from political scientist R. J. Rummel entitled “Democide: Murder By Government”, gives us a picture of what the numbers were. When reading and digesting the information you must keep stored in a very secure spot in your mind, the willingness of government employees to carry out these horrific crimes.
Even with the preponderance of information listed throughout the study there are the detractors asking for the proof, and then of course there are those with the feeblest of minds who claim, “It can’t happen here”. Try repeating that phrase as you watch the masses go to the polls voting, not for a good man or woman, but for largess, or some other action that will infringe upon the rights of their neighbor.
We could argue the fact that when police corner, cuff, beat, taser, or shoot a hapless victim that this action rises to the levels of defense set forth at Nuremberg. It does so because it is done with the sanctioning of government. The Courts have given, some would argue blanket immunity to such acts, and jury’s are more than willing to acquit when it is done under “color of law”.
The fact of the matter is that people such as Sarah Brady, politicians such as Carolyn McCarthy, Mike Bloomberg, and Barack Obama are obsessed with the disarming of the law-abiding people in this country. They have this mindset regardless of history, and the willingness of many to just follow orders. It is a sickness, a disease that permeates the mind with hatred for their fellow man. It is a corruption so debase of moral character that it is inexplicable to those of us who see through the veneer of their claims of caring, and concern for the soon to be defenseless populace.
What is to be done in the face of such moral depravity? Certainly no one of good conscience, and reasonable intelligence would risk the disarmament of his fellow citizen. More importantly, how could anyone who takes the oath of office aim toward the actionable felony of infringing upon “the right of the people to keep and bear arms”?
The answer is that there is a corruption so insidious that it runs deep into our societal psyche right through the courts that protect government-sanctioned slaughter. A lie that when repeated often enough, and handed down by those claiming official capacity, becomes part of the social doctrine.
By now, I hope that most are familiar with 3-year old Hunter Spanjer, the deaf boy from Grand Island. The parents of this little boy were told that the way little Hunter signs his name is a violation of “weapons in school” policy. Are these school administrators really the type of people we want interacting with our children? No! This nonsense is a clear representation of how ill our society has become, and what dangers may lurk for the coming generations.
Hunter Spanjer is just a small incident in the many immoral actions taken by those who are in the public trust. There was the Maryland vaccination terror attack perpetrated by the states attorney general, the school system, and the courts. There was the infamous executive order by Texas governor Rick Perry to have not only girls, but also boys vaccinated with Gardasil, a vaccine designed to combat cervical cancer. For those who don’t know, boys/men cannot contract such an illness, just as women can’t contract prostate cancer.
I’m sure that Rick Perry, or at least some of his advisers knew that boys could not possibly contract a disease for an organ they don’t have. I’m just as certain that the Maryland attorney general knew about the investigation being held against the major pharmaceutical companies who faked their testing results for vaccines.
What conclusion could an intelligent, and logical person draw from the activities of governors, courts, and the like who would have your child inoculated with a serum that may cause severe complications later on in life?
Those people, whom we laughingly refer to as ‘public officials’ are sick, and devoid of civil character. I believe, without any reticence, that people such as Chuck Schumer, Eric Holder, as well as the president, would issue the order to have your wife and child sent off to some form of internment, concentration camp, or re-education center with the ultimate goal being the total domination of the common man.
So what are we to do?
Talking till you’re blue in the face, and finally realizing that no matter what evidence you present, the majority will simply follow the party line, is not a solution. It is an act of futility because if you are not able to consistently turn away unconstitutional acts you allow a base from which the power structure can steadily destroy our unalienable rights.
Unless you can convince the majority to constantly remove, and then prosecute violators of the oath of office, who more than likely succeeded through promises of bounty, or rigging of elections, you will wind up with the same outcome; a people in bondage.
Voicing your opinion and presenting facts does not deter those who vote with their eyes and ears closed to logic. Your words have no force with those who vote with their stomachs. It does not deter the legislatures from acting unconstitutionally, and it doesn’t prevent the police from enforcing those acts that are contrary to the rule of law.
The People need their teeth in law. As it stands now, we have nowhere to turn as the state validates its unlawful acts within the structure that it has built for its perpetual success, a system that our own ignorance and the fruits of our labor subsidizes.
We have a solution that was written into the Constitution, “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union.” It is the law, and it provides the state governors with the means to call forth a true body from which the People can restore the Grand Jury, override the courts, and punish those who would act beyond the oath of office. As the Militia is an extension of the People, and therefore superior to servant government, the Militia can muster and enforce the law upon “probable cause”.
There is a dark side to the fact that we no longer have a Militia. First, and foremost, is that we do not have tight and cohesive neighborhoods wherein the members of the Militia will come forth at the indication of any trouble, robbery, rape, or potentially lethal disputes. But the darkest side to this is that we’ve left ourselves without a peaceful means of turning the tide of tyranny we now, most assuredly, face.
As we go down this road it is time for us to prepare. Obviously, the common man cannot go head to head with government agents on his own. There must be a force that can compete with, and overcome unlawfully obtained power exercised “from the barrel of a gun”.
We must be smart, we must understand tactics, we must be well armed, and ready to fight when reason and logic fail. There is no freedom without those who are willing to sacrifice their lives in a just and righteous cause.
Prepare! Form a group of like-minded friends. Your group should be in agreement that something is very wrong in this country, and it does not appear that politicians are going to change the course. You must have an open mind, and comprehend that in this country it is the citizen who must be superior to the government. Discuss tactics, political and martial. Train as you would in the military because we may be too far down the road to have a political solution.
If you don’t have former military in the group, find them and learn their mindset. A good deal of our current military comprehends the fact that they’ve been used, and abused. They realize that they’ve been fighting pointless and unlawful wars.
Own an assault rifle. There is no reason in law why the people should not be as well armed as those who threaten us with tyranny. If you are barred from owning an assault rifle, or your state imposes various forms of restrictions, you must confront your state representatives as to where they obtained the authority to disarm you, or leave you open to threats of despotism. Why do they believe they must have a monopoly on power? Where does the historical record, in the formation of our law, indicate that the state can at anytime overpower the people through force, or prevent lawful and equal force?
In my mind we are well past the point of reason. At this point you should become familiar with your assault rifle, it is the authority vested in you as a member of the militia so that “when a long train of abuses and usurpation’s, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government”.
When this nation was formed, every man from the age of 17 to 45 was a member of the Organized Militia, and either required to own, or have access to the assault rifle of the day.
An assault rifle is not evil; it is a tool in the form of an AR, an AK, or the like. It will not force you to commit crimes. It will not sneak up on you while you sleep and destroy the lives around you. It will not raise itself in a crowded room to wreak havoc. An assault rifle will do nothing more than its owner commands, and in the hands of the People it commands liberty. In the hands of government it commands slavery.
The military arms its soldiers with assault rifles. The police have access to assault rifles. There are dozens of unconstitutional agencies all with access to assault rifles. Why then would anyone, with the most rudimentary knowledge of outrages such as genocide, condemn the need for the people to be ready to protect and defend their family and friends from “enemies, foreign and domestic”?
“I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past…” I know of no reason why we the people should not arm ourselves against the possibilities of tyranny, genocide, or mass murder. It is in our past, and in this time it is here with us around the globe.
Give me an assault rifle, and I will defend that which is good and honorable against that which is despicable, and evil.
Give me an assault rifle, and I will stand with you on that day when all else fails.
Give me good honest men in the Militia, armed with assault rifles, and we will make such an account of ourselves that the world will not soon forget the love of liberty.
