It was announced today Oct. 24,2009 that President Barack Obama signed into law a Declaration. The declaration that Obama signed late Friday authorized Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to bypass federal rules.
"As a nation, we have prepared at all levels of government, and as individuals and communities, taking unprecedented steps to counter the emerging pandemic," Obama wrote in the declaration, which the White House announced Saturday.
Lets us all hope, this isnt what we have been expecting in the last several months. Illegal Forced Vaccinations, unwarranted martial law, illegal search and seizure, detention without just cause.

Things are moving quickly right now so we must be alert, and certain of the actions we take. There is plenty of misleading information, and as is typical the major media is leading the way to keep the people uninformed.
According to a doctor in Texas, where the virus appears to be spreading rapidly, the numbers are being suppressed. Dr. Marcus Gitterle alerted his patients after coming back from a public health meeting that there was definitely something amiss. More details of this are available here.
We are sure of few things right now. We do know that there is a virus that combines the Avian Flu, Swine Flu, and the Spanish Flu that killed more than Sixteen Million people around the time of WWI.
What we do not know is how the three distinct viruses originating in three different areas of the globe have joined together. Speculation is that the virus has been created in a lab. Certainly there has to be questions about the Spanish Flu that has been dead for years.
Other thoughts are that vaccines given to pigs promoted the spread of this newly formed virus. We do now know that this originated in the Vera Cruz province of Mexico where Smithfield Foods raise pigs. The first known case of swine flu came from this area, and in February and March of this year some Sixty Percent of the population in the area were sick with flu.
What we do know is that viruses die out. A strong immune system will fend off almost any flu, and from personal experience I know that the only time I have gotten the flu in the last 20 years, and it was brutal, was after taking a flu shot.
We also know that our body contains all the tools necessary to fight off just about anything as long as we keep the natural agents within our system in strong working order. We were given everything we need to survive in this environment so why not use that rather than chemical concoctions that wear us down?
There are natural things that will help the immune system such as a good organic Vitamin C, Oil of Oregano, Vitamin D, and a good diet.
Now the frightening part comes from Dr. Leonard Horowitz who has researched other instances of questionable viruses, and mysterious illness. Dr. Horowitz starts by pointing to Novavax and other conspirators to the development of this potential pandemic. Please view this Youtube video to hear his conclusions.
Dr. Cass Ingram warns that the only way that this will become a pandemic is if we roll up our sleeves and take the vaccine. The vaccine is designed to promote the effects of this virus, help it build, change, and become more potent. He states that he will not take the vaccine and will not give it to his patients.
Before you do anything view the video by Dr. Leonard Horowitz. Take a trip down to the local health food store and pick up some organic vitamins it will not hurt you to take these as a precaution.
Unfortunately there will be many who will not take the advice of the doctors I have referenced, and they will fall prey to the fiction that the government, the pharmaceutical companies actually have the best interest of the public at heart.
If you believe that there is no reason for the actions of the power hungry, and greedy, remember that they live this single life, and their primary concern is here and now, not the future.
