Yeah…a victory for the socialists. The supreme court ruled in favor of Socialized Health Care!! Yeah I don't mind paying yet more in taxes, so some lazy bastard can have healthcare. And that is exactly where it is going.

The system will be abused. Why? Because the federal government couldn't manage a hot dog cart without screwing it up. Why, because there are leeches out there that will abuse the system. I know this.

The last thing this country needs right now is larger government, and more bureaucracy. So those of you who would argue that there are those in need, that socialized medicine is good, sorry I do not hear you.

The fed should not be in the health care business, the banking business, the auto business, education, drugs,… did I miss anything?

I have not had the chance to read the decision, but based on Alito's comments, the decision is dead wrong.

The congress does not have the authority to tax anything, and everything.

However, the issues of law seems to escape the legal system. We have a common law system, and it has been decimated by the courts.

In the system designed by our Forebarers, if one of us disagrees with the law, outside the rule of harm to another, it cannot be law. In other words, if you harm someone you are liable, but if there is no reason for an action there is no issue. No harm, no foul.

We need to get on jury's and start overthrowing the laws that these criminals create.

This Health Care will be something that we deeply regret particularly with the economic conditions the way they are.
